Chef Anita’s Personal Chef Experience
With a love of all things Food, Chef Anita grew up surrounded by great cooks. My Dad was my culinary inspiration, by far the best! He was a self taught scratch cook , and he created magic in the kitchen .
I learned the “farm to table “ concept on my Grandmother’s 30 acre farm, we ate what we grew, beef, free range poultry and cage free eggs, fresh sweet Indiana corn and vegetables.
One of my proudest achievements was graduating with honors from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Raised in The Midwest , I’ve lived throughout the country and perfected several regional cuisines - Southwest , Deep South, South Central (Cajun Creole )
Far West , and Great Lakes.
My Personal Chef service enable families to sit down to a delicious, healthy meal in little or no time. Families can spend less money and eat healthier than restaurants and take out. As a personal chef, I give you back hours of free time that you had previously spent planning meals, shopping at the grocery store, unpacking and prepping food, and, cooking and cleaning up afterward.
